Electrical Appliance Testing
Our BDM (Chris Robertson) has secured various electrical testing contracts with several Devon Councils, with terms up to 3 years.
This has been in our Company vision for several years to accrue and sustain our relationship with Councils throughout the country.
We have secured the National testing regime for a major military supplier. Awarded once again on our quality commitment and VFM.
The above contract contains in excess of 50,000 assets. Posted 1st July 2010
EQUIPTEST has been successful in winning the National Contract for major Financial Services Group this has been awarded on our VFM and cost affective strategy. Posted August 2011.
Fixed Installation Testing
EQUIPTEST have been successful in acquiring the Fixed Electrical Testing for NOT just ONE but TWO Train Travel Providers. One situated in and around London and the other in the South East Region, a total in excess of 200 Stations!!!!
We have commenced the Testing and have been praised on both the efficiency of Contract Control and product value focus.
We have successfully tendered the Fixed Installation Testing for a South West Council. This is a 3 year contract commencing February 2010, and comes on the back of successful appliance testing for this Council over the last 2 years. Posted 18th January 2010.

Electrical Testing Data Base and Client Test Storage
Our Technical Administration Manager (Annabel Perkin) has been working tirelessly to develop a New and Revolutionary Data Base and Secure Client Test results Storage area, or DBSCTS for short.
This has been based around a simple but difficult to implement Traffic Light System that has an accurate GMT Engine to reproduce the exact re-test date, to enable the company to inform and hold securely with instant access all test result information.
In conclusion this will simplify and improve the interface between client and their Test Result information, gathering and storage.
Thermal Imaging
We have succeeded in securing the Building and Electrical Thermal imaging of various Historic Maidstone Councils locations, with a view in these Eco & Energy Conscious times, to put together a Energy Plan for the future.
Once again we have been awarded with the contract with a F1 manufacture to carry out the Thermal Survey of their Wind Tunnel control panels. Posted 1st June 2010.
We are currently undertaking the Electrical Thermal Imaging for the Royal Borough of Kensington, the contract takes in numerous locations and condition of installations. Posted August 2011.
Fire Exstinguisher
EQUIPTEST has been awared the National Contract for both a large Garden Centre Group and childrens care organisation. This has been ongoing since March 2011 and many safety issues have been found and rectified.
CCTV
EQUIPTEST has been under taking Maintenance and Repairs of existing CCTV equipment at First Capital Connect Train Travel Provider Stations.
This has been challenging due to the age and spare's accessibility, but we have delivered and provided the Client with added VALUE.
Power Factor Correction
We have under taken Power Factor Correction (PFC) Maintenance at a Thames Valley Police HQ location with great success, improving performance of supply, cost saving to client and protection of the ENVIRONMENT.
EQUIPTEST has been undertaking service, repair and replacement of PFC units across Council properties in the south. The cost savings already being seen. Posted July 2011.
EQUIPTEST has be awarded the maintenance contract for a London Train Travel Groups PFC unit. Posted August 2011.
Dry Riser
EQUIPTEST has been awarded the service contract for a South Coast Pier. Our engineers have promised to stay away from the CANDY FLOSS!!! Posted August 2011.

EQUIPTEST have long been members of Electrical Contactors Association (ECA), Contractors Health & Safety Scheme (CHAS), SafeContractor, Constructionline, and ISO 9001:2008. To this long list of quality approval achievements we have added EXOR, not only have we been approved but have been awarded the "GOLD" Membership status.
